Membership
The Club shall operate an equal opportunity policy and no-one shall be denied the right to equal access to its facilities on the grounds of race, creed, color, gender, disability, occupation, religion, sexual or political persuasion. There shall be no distinction between men and women as candidates for admission to full membership. Each proposal for membership shall be in writing and in such form and manner as the Board of Trustees may require. Each proposal shall be signed by a proposer and seconder, both of whom shall be fully paid up members of not less than two (2) years standing other than for a junior member. The names and addresses of persons proposed for membership shall be displayed on the Club Notice Board by the Management Committee for at least one (1) week in addition to using electronic means of circulation of notices before consideration by the Management Committee for membership.Each proposal for membership made in accordance with the foregoing Rules shall be considered by the Management Committee for the approval of the Board of Trustees, whose decision shall be final. whose proposal for membership is accepted by the Board of Trustees, he shall become a member on the date of payment of entrance fee and annual subscription.
